Physiotherapy

Work with patients across a broad spectrum of clinical settings including acute, rehabilitation, outpatient, and community services. We offer development pathways from junior to senior clinician roles.

Occupational Therapy

Help patients regain independence and participate in meaningful daily activities. Our OT team works across inpatient, community, and specialist services throughout Canterbury.

Social Work

Support patients and whānau through complex health and social challenges. Work within multidisciplinary teams in hospitals and community settings to ensure holistic, person-centred care.

Pharmacy

From dispensing to clinical pharmacy, our pharmacy team plays a vital role in medication management and patient safety across Christchurch Hospital and associated sites.

Speech Language Therapy

Assess and treat communication, voice, and swallowing disorders. Work with patients of all ages in acute hospital, outpatient, and community environments.

Dietetics & Nutrition

Deliver evidence-based nutritional care across acute, ambulatory, and community settings. Contribute to the health and wellbeing of Canterbury's diverse population.

Medical Imaging

Be part of a team using the latest imaging technology including CT, MRI, nuclear medicine, and interventional radiology to support diagnosis and treatment planning.

Medical Laboratory Science

Our laboratory services are among the most advanced in New Zealand. Work in haematology, microbiology, histology, biochemistry, and more within a well-resourced environment.

Podiatry

Provide specialist foot and lower limb care to patients with complex needs, including those with diabetes, vascular conditions, and musculoskeletal disorders.

Psychology

Contribute to psychological assessment, intervention, and consultation across mental health, health psychology, and specialist clinical services throughout Canterbury.

Radiation Therapy

Deliver precise, compassionate radiation treatments to cancer patients. Work with a dedicated oncology team and state-of-the-art equipment at Christchurch Hospital.
